In today’s corporate organisations, there is the argument as to what actually influences employees' level of productivity. This study was necessitated by the fact that organisations do not really give too much attention to the pattern of Motivation within the organisation but they do not realize that this greatly determines the overall performance of the organisation.

To help carry out this research, data was elicited from respondents who are staff of Cadbury Nigeria Plc. Fifty (50) questionnaires was administered and the same number was returned.

After the analysis of the data, the findings revealed that; the improvement of employee relations in every organization is an essential factor, which requires the attention of the management. Each worker regardless of his or her status deserves recognition and should be motivated for management to effectively relate with them.
