 ABSTRACT

Going through the present investigation of problems and prospects of management of  Hotels  presidential many findings and results were made in the service and finance oriented organizations   
The result postulated that prospects of management Hotels effects  management puttorns in the organisaton which in our acts as a motivational facilirs to high productivity increasing work performance to achieve organisatonal goals and objectives
On the other hand problem associated with  prospects f management of Hotels presidential adopted in every organization. Will identify and motivation problems inherited in that organisaton. It will fatherly be relating small problem which thus intends negative
However affective prospects of management Hotles presidential is vital in every situation in the organization.

INTRODUCTION
1.0.            BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Hotel industry is define as the establishment responsible for provision of food, drinks and accommodation to quests who are willing to pay for services rendered to them and who are in the state to be received.   
It occupies a significant place in industrial sector of Nigeria and the world at large. It provides job opportunity, foreign exchange as well as helping in the light of all these that every country likes to manage its hotel industry well to enhance the hotel development system of management can be simple of complex matters in this preventing economic depression of our country.
In helping to develop hotel industries in Nigeria  government establishment catering schools can encourage individuals to set up catering schools. Commerce and tourism commission set up its standard which every catering school must meet in terms of grading and classification. There are also designed courses for instructions in hotel industries both at local and international level. All these were mad to address the problem of hotel industries in the country. But despite all these a loc of problems persisted. There were cases of gross qualified personnel and poor human relation. As a result of these problems, government in it’s effort to encourage hotel development    decided in conjunction with national board for technical education (N.B.TE),  and international training fund (ITF) to encourage the introduction of hotel management courses at advance level despite these efforts by the government, it was discovered that these problems continued to exist- these therefore from the basis for this study with a critical look at H ote presidential Enugu.
1.2       Statement of Problems
Hotel industries account for a large proportion of individual (quest in this country and are faced with numerous problem. These problems under the  growth and development of hotel industries in this country. Thereby limiting their potential contributions to the development of this nation’s economy.  However, the hotel industries heve many roles the of play in the economic development of less development country like Nigeria  of course they remain important in the  economies the problems of hotel industries are lack of fund  by the proprietors and the difficulty the encounter in raising funds.
Due to limited capital at their disposal and high interest rate f banks, they find it less attractive going to the banks for loan the level of education of most hotel proprietors implses difficulty in managerial in capacity many even go hotel business without eany training in the area lack of technology and operation problems confronting hotel industries makes it difficult for them to grow:
1.                  The  researcher should take the problems facing presidential hotel ltd, in the area of maintaining goo d management.
2.                  How can  hotel industries be encouraged to improve their activities
3.                  What are    the prospects open to presidential hotel ltd in the areas identified above?
To effective research and convenience purposes, the scope f this research has seen delimited and is strictly confirmed to the management problems and prospects of Nigerian hotels
A good management of Nigerian hotels can enormously result in the improved economy of the country.
The study area is limited to presidential hotel will be interviewed.
1.3       Objectives Of  The Study
Considering the impotence of the problem in this research the findings are expected   to be of grate importance to guide hotel managers and proprietors on effective hotel management and to enhance their performance it will also be of guide on how to handle complex matter

The research question are as follows:
1.      Do you think that there is need to identify problem associated with hotel management?
2.      Whether there hotel are properly managed?
3.      Should hotel industries be encourage to improved their activities?
4.      What are the prospective open to presidential hotel lte in the areas identified?
1.5       Scope Of The Study
The scope of the study covers the hotel management problems and prospect using presidential hotel as the case study.
1.9       DEFINITION OF IMPORTANT TERMS
NBTE: National board for technical education this is a certificate of recognition awarded by technical colleges and commercial school the above body specializes in man power development.
LTF: (International training funds) this is a recognized the workers, they also invest money into industries for upliftment of the industrialization of the country
GUESTS: These refe- to personalities that patronize the hotel industries for  a purpose they are also customers to the hotel.
Proprietors’ hotel owners or any other business that is owned by one man.
MANAGERIAL INCAPABILITY : This refer to the incapability to manage property by managers. The causes of this many be  as a result utterance or inadequate funds.
