On 12th June, 2018, I visited Sefwi Wiawso Senior High School in Ghana to observe a physics lesson on the topic “Electrical Circuit” taught by a physics teacher. It was a one hour period lesson. The purpose for observing the lesson was to reflect on an aspect of the lesson that requires special attention and describe how to develop this area to improve my practice.

There are different theories and models on reflection of lesson such as; the Kolbs’s Model of Experiential learning, Gibbs Reflective cycle, John Model for structured reflection.

I chose the Gibbs Model for reflection.
