ABSTRACT
This .lyzed the specified conflict management t .strategies adopted for n")students unrest in the public tertiary institute in Kwara state, Nigeelational survey design was adopted for rhe study. The POP'Ll the study comprised 111,483 students of public tertiary instil Kwara State out of which 300 students very purposively same research questions were answered and six null hypotheses werEO.05 level of significance. The instrument for data collection were. questionnaires developed by the researcher' titled: Mars of Students' Unrest Questionnaire (.l,£S UQ) and Conflict MarStrategies Questionnaire (CMSQ) which were validated by expe Educational Management Departm e rz r and Faculty of the University of Abuja. A pilot test was conducted e ci; analyzed and O. 72 and ability index were obtained respectively. ..Data obtained for the stu¢alyzed using mean, linear and multiple regression statistical anahe results of data analysis revealed along with others that, perfect management strategies for managing .s r students ' unrest ado, smoothing strategy, forcing strategy, detraction strategy and arbitrate.
