The study was conducted on the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance. The study was conducted so as to provide an alternative to the to the already existing applied techniques in methods of recruitment and selection. It was this situation that stimulated the researcher to under take the study on the relationship between recruitment and selection on employee's performance. The purpose of the study was to identify the effect of Recruitment and Selection on employee performance" In Zain Telecommunication Company in Tanzania. The study used both qualitative and quantitative methods to show the extent to which Organization faces challenges in recruitment and selection on employee performance, in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Samples of respondents were drawn from Zain Limited Company, in addition to information expected to be generated from discussions, observations and interviews with Zain employees and management. The target population was Zain Company Limited Management and employees who made a total of thirty (30) respondents.
