ABSTRACT For the last seven years students results have been processed and released using the traditional way (paper based), This is where exams are marked and when the results are ready, they are pinned in their respective faculties for instance if it is faculty of computer studies that is where results wiN be pinned on the Board. Complaints like missing results are submitted after the release of results and worked upon. Data can easily be lost if there is no database which is storing and updating these data (results). The researcher studied and discovered that, the system was cumbersome to students and the people who are involved in preparing results, hence implemented a web driven database which could store and retrieve students academic results which can be viewed online. This ease the workload of staff and students where by they will be able to check their results wherever they are and at the convenient time. This includes: Chapter 1- Introduction Chapter 2- Literature review Chapter 3- Methodology Chapter 4- System analysis and design Chapter 5- Implementation and Testing and finally Chapter 6- Recommendation and Conclusion
