The methodology used in this research work is the survey method. The survey method was adopted in data collection. The survey method obtained is for secondary data. Multiple regression is a statistical tool used for analysing the data obtained and also Simple tables, frequency and percentages were adopted in the presentation and analysis of the data generated for the study . The study further revealed that the factors of information technology (broadband) do not have a direct impact on the Nigeria stock market development. It is also revealed that the major contributors to the Nigeria stock market development are not the above broadband technologies but other environmental, and economic factors therefore the government should encourage the use of I.T by creating policies that will allowing the use of I.T in transaction in the Nigerian stock market.
