The study discovered head teachers identified lack of enough teachers, lack of sufficient facilities, lack of enough funds, frequent transfer of teachers with out replacement, lack of adequate training to handle financial management and high rate of illiteracy among parents among others. The study recommended that more teachers should be employed by the Ministry of Education Science and Technology in order to ease the problem of lack of enough teachers, the Ministry of Education Science and Technology should ensure that the grant-in-aid given to the primary schools reach in time. This will help in solving the problem of unnecessary delay to buy materials for the schools and there should be intensification of seminars, workshops, and refresher courses on financial management for head teachers and their deputies. This will help in solving the problem of financial management.
