ABSTRACT
Brain drain which has become a crucial part of the problems of development in financial institution and other allied professions in Nigeria. 
This project however seeks to address the bsue brain drain in the financial sector, its causes and effects. 
To achieve these objective, the project is divided into five chapters.
Chapter One: deals with the introduction. This discusses among other things the background of the study, statement of problems objective of the study and significance of the study. 
Chapter Two: This is the theoretical aspect of the project. This chapter is divided into seven sub-divisions here in  the researcher reviewed a lot of related issues of the technical aspect of the project to enhance easy understanding by any one who comes across it.
Chapter Three: This is the research design and methodology, it discuss the procedure which the researcher adopted in carrying out this research. Due to the nature of project writing in ND level, the researcher mainly used the secondary data. 
Chapter Four: deals on the analysis an d interpretation of data used (whether secondary or primary data) it also contain the findings where in the deductions made out of the literature reviewed. 
Chapter Five: This is the conclusion and recommendation. Having gone through the entire write up, the researcher came out with some suggested solution and recommendations which the government and the entire individuals will adopt to stop the act of Brain drain the financial sectors and other allied professions.
