ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of staff training and employee development and effective operations of Anamber motor manufacturing company Anammco Enugu. To guide the study, research questions were formulated. A review of literature was done to expose the research to what has already been done to ensure soups bases for reviewing books and journals etc.
A structured questionnaire was development and administered by the researcher to consider respondents. Percentages were used to analyse data from the research question. Findings were made and recommendation based on the results, limitation of the study, suggestions for farther research and conclusion were highlighted in the study.
