Background of the Study

In enhancing daily livelihoods, expose humans to the vulnerability of road accidents. The increase in road accidents ranges from the involvement of passengers; pedestrians and motorcyclists. Therefore, road traffic injuries and deaths are a growing public health concern worldwide (Agnihotri & Joshi, 2006).  According to World Health Organization (WHO) (2004) and Banthia et al., (2006), road crashes are the second leading cause of death and disability globally among young people (mostly male).
