Abstract The study assesses the non-point source pollution on Lake Victoria around the Ggaba Landing site. It quantifies and assesses the dispersion of pollutants discharges into Lake Victoria using physicochemical analysis. Through the study, it was realized that the nutrients and physico chemical parameters discharged into Lake Victoria mixes uniformly with lake water. It was also found that the discharge has caused an elevation in lake concentrations thus affecting fish availability close to shore settlement due to poor water quality.
