The work of this research is divided into five (5) chapters.  First chapter dealt with the introduction of the course, statement of the problem, aims and objectives.  Research questions were drawn, significance, scope and limitation as well as definition of Key terms are provided.

Chapter Two (2) of the work reviewed the literature on Mass Communication, Mass Media and broadcast media from various work of different scholars on the term Mass Communication. Theoretical frame work (social category) used with appropriate information of the theory and the main assumptions of the theory were also provided.

Chapter Three (3) of the study discussed the methodology used in the study, the research method and research design, population of the study and method of data analysis. While chapter Four (4) of this research focuses on data presentation and analysis, information gathered from the field were analyzed and presented and the major findings of the research were discussed  in order to have clear understanding of the research work.

All efforts were made by the researcher of this project to summarize the work in last chapter. Recommendations were made and conclusion was also drawn.
