ABSTRACT
It views of the smoke released when using a firewood for baking cakes, bread, preserve fresh fishes and warming or remove ice form frozen food by some mothers at home, restaurant, fast food shops etc.
We discovered the need to design and fabricated kerosene pressurized Oven that will reduce the amount of smoke emitting into the atmosphere and improve the quality of baked food in the society.
Kerosine pressurized oven will prevent unnecessary heat from harming the users and lime wastage when baking will drastically reduces.
In chapter one, contain the introduction and preliminary. Chapter two contain the preliminary experiment preformed about the rate of kerosene consumption per hours, chapter three has in it various design alternative solution and the selection criteria led to optimum design alternative.
Chapter four contain the analysis of the components based on assembling.
In chapter five, its contain a detail of construction techniques, sequence of operation, and how the oven should be operated.
In chapter six, its contain testing and evaluation efficiency. The oven was working effectively, thereby satisfying the aim and objective of the design and it fabrication.
