ABSTRACT
Education is also change with the demand and expectations of the society. Teacher is an active agent of social change. Teaching is very noble and pious profession. It is directly connected with the future of the students and today’s students are the responsible citizen of tomorrow. So they must have good education in schools. They are very much attached with their teachers. Teachers are the role models of the students. So the teacher should be a friend, philosopher and guide. Teacher’s belief, views and their attitudes affect their teaching and behaviour with the students; as well as the students’ attitudes towards learning on the professional abilities of the teacher. The teachers’ attitude to work, teaching and their students affects the pedagogical processes. So also, the students’ attitudes to schooling, school environment and learning processes do affect performance. Data were collected through questionnaire method in the study area and 100 questionnaires were distributed to teachers and 100 questionnaires to students, respectively; and all were duly completed and returned; descriptive statistics is used for data analysis and presentation. So here, the researcher tried to know the effect of attitudes of teachers and the students toward pedagogical processes in secondary schools.
