This study was conducted to evaluate the growth response and haematological indices of broiler chickens fed corn-soya based diets supplemented with or without protease enzyme. Two hundred and forty (240) one-day old Arbo-acre broiler chickens were assigned to six dietary treatments. Each dietary group had 40 birds with 4 replicates of 10 birds each. Experimental diet were formulated such that Diet 1, 3, & 5 containing 100% Soybean meal (100%SBM), 50% Soybean meal and 50%Full fat soya(50:50:FFS:SBM), 100% Full fat soya (100%FFS) respectively. Diet 2, 4, &6 contain 100%SBMwith Protease enzyme, 50:50:FFS:SBM with Protease enzyme and 100%FFS with Protease enzyme respectively . Data were collected on growth performance and haematological indices of broiler chickens fed dietary treatment. Data generated were subjected to Analysis of Variance using the General Linear Model of SAS 2000. The result shows that the main effect of soya bean type and enzyme supplementation had effect on final weight, average feed intake (bird/day) and total feed intake. Birds fed 100%FFS had significantly higher final weight values compared to those that were fed birds fed 50%SBM:50% FFS. The interaction effect showed that final weight, total feed intake, average total feed intake and feed conversion ratio recorded were significantly (P
