Abstract
Bankers are indispensable tool to the banking institutions, their job should fulfil their dominant needs and should become consistent with their expectations and values, and this will go a long way in determining the extent which a banker gets involved in organizational citizenship behaviour, or become comfortablewith the organizational culture which invariably promotes the operations of the organization. Our study area which is Lagos Island harbours several and different types of banks. Thus in this study, we have x-rayed at different levels the Organizational citizenship behaviour, organizational culture and incentives as a correlate of job satisfaction among bankers in Lagos Island.
