ABSTRACT
The study investigated the relationship between corporate strategic planning and business survival. Cross-sectional survey design was employed for the study. The main instrument used was the questionnaire which was rated using 5 likert scale student. 80 respondents were used for the study, 55 are male while 25 are female respondent. The research questions used for the analysis are: What are the effects of strategic management on productivity? What are the strategic management tools used by organizations? What is the relationship between strategic management and productivity? What are the strategic goals of Cadbury Nigeria PLC? What are the company’s internal strength and weakness?
The statistical tools used for analysis the data were the simple percentage which was done through frequency table distribution. The result of the findings show that strategic management tools is effective in my organization and has a positive relationship with employees’ productivity
