ABSTRACT
The study is all about design and implementation of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities. The current study is concerned with reducing work lag-time on electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities platforms, and delivering undergraduates and postgraduate programmes all over the world. The research has taken highlighted various kinds of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities platforms such as teleconferencing, virtual reality and video-conferencing. It addresses the following: the impact of resource materials on the design and implementation of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities in Nigeria; impact of awareness creation on the design and implementation of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities in Nigeria; impact of computer literacy electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities in Nigeria; the impact of personal computer on the design and implementation of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities on Nigeria; how constant power supply affect design and implementation of electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities in Nigeria. The design is exploratory while the source of data is chiefly secondary. It discovers that electronic learning (e_learning) system for Nigeria universities has not gained ground in Nigeria due to poor awareness, poor electricity generation and poverty that hinders the purchase of personal computers by learners. It concludes that government should produce quality electricity and good awareness should be created. This project is implemented with Dreamweaver, fireworks and flash.
